The Social Sciences Undergraduate Research Symposium showcases the depth and diversity of research undertaken by our undergraduate scholars. Projects represent all social sciences departments, and many offer interdisciplinary research partnerships across other academic schools at Rice. The symposium marks an important annual milestone for students and highlights the School of Social Sciences’ mission to foster an environment that encourages exploration, collaboration, and intellectual exchange toward shaping a future in which we can all thrive, both individually and collectively.
